10% Term Loan Agreement
A low risk investment opportunity for anyone that wants a better
rate of return for their money. 12 month contract.

Invest from £25,000 to £250,000 for a straight forward annual interest rate of 10%.

This is a straight forward loan. No fuss or complications.

We can take this investment at any time during the year and
we pay the interest on the loan bi-annually.
15% Term Loan Agreement
This is for the more seasoned property investor.

Invest from £100,000 with one of our forthcoming projects. This investment is timed to suit the commencement of a project and returned when the project is sold. +/- 12 months.

A straight forward investment, with a very attractive interest rate.

You will need to be able to deposit your investment with us when we have had an offer agreed for the purchase of a project. So, your investment may not be drawn down immediately, but we will need to have it committed in advance.
Joint Venture Projects
If you have a project, planning permission or money to invest, you may like to discuss working with us on a Joint Venture project.
We have Finance, Knowledge & Experience.
We are open minded to discussing any potential projects where we can share the investment and the profits. We might be the enabler to get that project off the ground.
