This was a fairly straight forward purchase in June 2015.  Looking to buy a simple buy-to-let with some of the profits injected from our recent projects. 

 

Being a probate sale this property had a decent reduction one morning and we were able to get in quickly and have the offer accepted £15,000 less than the day before.

 

The property has been tenanted by the same person ever since.
