A chance opportunity arose to purchase this property in 2005 after selling another project in Croxley Green in 2004.  The agent approached me as soon as it came onto the market.  It happens that I used to own the property 2 doors down in 2002 and knew the owner that was selling up.  A deal was done and the property remains a real coup to this day.
