The rear of the house has been supported on a "goal post" steelwork construction to create the larger kitchen diner. The plumbing and electrical 1st fix take place at this stage.
Rear of the property - the ground floor is laid with a 150mm beam and block floor. A layer of insulation and screed was added before finishing with tiles.
The structure of the extension is complete.
The plastering and floor screed are complete, ready for the new kitchen installation.
The completed extension - softwood sliding doors were fitted at the dining room end. The client landscaped the rear garden area after the building work was completed.
